Changed your mind?
Our change of mind return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we would be unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, item must be returned unused, in original packaging and free from dog hair. Item must be returned in the same condition that you received it.

If the item is faulty, please email me within 7 days to ensure a like for like can be sent.

Shipping
You will be responsible for shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non refundable.
If you are returning an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as I would be unable to offer refund if item not received back.
When returning a faulty item for a refund or exchange, please retain proof of postage and this will be added to your refund.
